Try to take some deep breaths everytime you feel panicked - it WILL help. When you are panicky, you are releasing stress hormones, and you just don't need anymore hormones running around creating havoc right now. So, as hard as it may be, try to stay calm. Use any strategy that you can, think of something else, get busy to take your mind off it, exercise, deep breathing, anything to help you relax. That's the best thing that you can do for your body right now, that and taking care of yourself, eating well, sleeping, and stay as calm as possible. I know that sounds ridiculous - but it is true.

Again, I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. Take care of yourself and let us know how you are doing.
This is great advice!! I had a scare this past December with a "spot" that was found during my mammogram. Had to have a breast ultrasound along with a 2nd, deeper mammogram. It was recommended I follow-up with a surgeon, which I did - who didn't feelt anything and recommended waiting 3 months for a repeat breast ultrasound. It was the longest 3 months of my life, but turned out to be just a cylical cyst. Hope yours turns out to be nothing as well.
