I'm so sorry that you are going through this - it is extremely stressful to be faced with such uncertainty. I can't say that everything will be OK, because I just don't know that - but I can say that you CAN get through it.
Try to take some deep breaths everytime you feel panicked - it WILL help. When you are panicky, you are releasing stress hormones, and you just don't need anymore hormones running around creating havoc right now. So, as hard as it may be, try to stay calm. Use any strategy that you can, think of something else, get busy to take your mind off it, exercise, deep breathing, anything to help you relax. That's the best thing that you can do for your body right now, that and taking care of yourself, eating well, sleeping, and stay as calm as possible. I know that sounds ridiculous - but it is true.
