I just saw a sign in Sears that they're doing animal photos now. I know a few people have just called some of the mall stores about getting animal photos done, and they have arranged to come in before the mall opens. My cousin and her husband have had a photo taken with their mastiff Abe for their last two Christams cards- it is so adorable! Sears isn't expensive at all, either. Maybe you could tire out your pups a little before going to make them eaiser for the photographer to control. I would think that if they've gone for a walk that day, or gotten a bath, played catch, etc., they'd have less energy than just getting up and going. Of course the excitement of going somewhere new and meeting a new person may "rile" them up a little. I would get there a little early to let them sniff everything and get used to the place.
