Stop stressing and worrying yourself silly and take her somewhere and let someone else deal with it.
My kids go the the beauty school and they do a great job. Just give yourself a little more time when you schedule the appointment just in case you need to alter it a bit. The only issue I had with the school was they went heavy heavy on the eye make up and we made them redo it.
