I'd neuter him, too. It depends on where you live what they charge. I know a vet that charges very little to neuter ($40) plus any blood work you want done. I also know a vet that charges above the ceiling prices. But ya know what? The best one is the one that doesn't charge so much. They have a huge practice and prefer to make spay/neuter affordable to encourage people to do it. Plus she raises yorkies, too. How much better can you get than that?
