Like Julz I breed one time, skip a day and then breed one more time to lessen the chances of having a premature pup that is too underdeveloped to survive. My male eats just fine so I have never had that problem. My female also doesn't mind having my male around, but he has no interest in the pups whatsoever so maybe that is why she doesn't care. |
