B) Will a professional photographer be able to control 2 dogs - because I have NEVER been able to get a good picture of both of them at the sam time!
YES ! They come out awesome at a professionals !

D) I know there aren't a lot of New Englanders on here - but does anyone know where I would find a photographer that takes dog photos?
I USED to be from New England - Rhode Island and will be there in August !! but I don't know any photographers

No - they look adorable dressed but you could do both !
