This Morning when I was taking Chachi and Jewels for a walk in my neighborhood we came across a man with a small terrrier dog. We let them sniff each other then they got tangled in each others leashes and the other dog started to growl then bite on Chachi. The other dog was smaller than Chachi. Chachi didnt bite back. We got them separated and went our separate ways. The other owner said his dog is very territorial. My two were just excited to see another dog their size. The rest of our walk was uneventful
