Well that one daycare mom that seems not to know how to pay me....she didnt come back...no phone call..no nothing. SO my question is she owes me for th week of the 4th in sept. and also in my contract they must give me a 2 week notice..if they dont than they will be charged. PLUS I have a 5.00 a day late fee. thats a total of 210.00 for the care given and 2 weeks without notice and than at 5.00 a day late fee...20.00..imn not counting last week since i wasnt open.. I COULD charge her for my weeks vacation that is also in my contract but that seems rude!! so the total owed is 230.00..should I take her to court? I know ill win its just the matte rof her paying. I really need the money and feel im entitled to it! This is exactly why I hate daycare. That and I also got up at 5:00 am for NOTHING because the cow didnt show! SOrry had to vent OH and i just found out yesterday that the other mom that had to fin d a backup and wanted me to pay for it...is leaving oct 1, 2006. SHe actually didnt tell me..she told me she might, she has a friend that is having a baby that wants to watch them. well the state of Kansas informed by letter that she didnt his last Tuesday!
