I don't know because I got scamed out of Miami,FL by this man named Jones...he was selling a beautiful yorkie girl...1 lbs. at 8 weeks...well he was asking for $900 and for me to send $400 up front and he will ship the puppy and then i could send the other $500 in two weeks...well i was so excited that i sent the $400 and he never gave me her flight info and he also cut off his phone and stopped answering my emails....i called Miami PD but they were no help...so i chucked it up as a lost...and then found my reco (my yorkie boy now) and didnt get scamed he is just sick right now!
