Since the vet prescribed Clavamox - he must suspect an upper respiratory infection and not just allergies. Arythmia is dealing with the heart and could possibly be caused by poor dental hygiene because of the bacteria. Get his teeth cleaned after you get him healthy. Hope the antibiotics start to work quickly and clear up his chest and make him feel better. Did the vet let you know of anything you could give him for his wheezing to open up his airways while you're waiting for the antibiotic to start working?
