I'm sorry that you had to quit. However, with small children, I believe that 12 hours a day is too long to be away from them anyway.

I'm not criticizing, I tell my own daughters the same thing. There will be other jobs. Your kids will grow up and be gone before you know it.,

Just enjoy being a mommy. It's a very important job.
