Well, I have to be honest. I would try to talk you out of it strictly out of an animal welfare interest.
Even if you were breeding 2 Yorkies or 2 Maltese, I would still say that we should neuter/spay our pets. There are just too many homeless, abandoned & shelter dogs out there to bring more innocent pups into this world. Until we can or will take care of the ones already here, I don't feel like we have the right to deprive them of future homes by bringing more pets into the world.
I am not speaking to those that have two outstanding examples of the breed but to the other 99% of us that have sweet, darling wonderful pets.
