As a self proclaimed Disney Expert, I must say I am very jealous of both of you. That's alright though, I'm going back in 60 days, so I'll make it.

Let's see, to eat, definately hit the Rainforest Cafe with or without kids. There are two, the one in The Animal Kingdom you will have about a 20 min wait time vs 3 hours or more at the Downtown Disney location. If you do have kids, I reccomend a character dinner...the Princess dinner in Norway or the Garden Grill in the Land...both in Epcot are our favorites.

If you have kids, be sure to get to Toontown in Magic Kingdom about 20-30 minutes before they open and wait...at the right side of the rope b/c that's the side that they open. If you are one of the first ones in and to one of the waiting characters, you can ride the rollercoaster with Goofy, or let Minnie take you on a tour of her house.

They hide a few paintbrushes on Tom Sawyer's island every morning. If you find one, you get a front of the line certificate for one of the bigger rides.

In Animal Kingdom, ride in the single rider line if you can for Everest, it's about a 10 minute wait vs the regular line. But the regular line is a really neat wait b/c you go through this really cool museum.

Honestly...I could go on and on all day telling you stuff.
