We're working on going outside... Bernie will, no problem, but Kona would much rather be inside... plus we live in the mountains so it gets really cold at night and in the winter time. So we figured it was easier to use the pads. We've never had this problem before...we've had Bernie since early July. Oh well, if it happens again I'll probably try to figure something else out.
