Hi welcome to yorkie talk! I have 3 dogs too: 1 boxer, 1 chihuahua, and a yorkie. Alot of yorkies have extra teeth and normally the vets like to wait until they are about a year old and they like to spay them and remove the teeth all in one setting. And yes you should have your groomer shave your babies bottom area, this is what I do for my yorkie Chloe.
