I have to agree with hubby. If Kizzy or Chewie wanted to hurt the other dog there would be blood or serious injury. In the absence of that, I don't think either of your bigger dogs "mean business". I think they are putting pups in their place (which is appropriate dog behavior). That said, though, I wouldn't leave them unsupervised with the smaller pups.
