 Can they double in weight after 6 months?
I saw a 1 1/2 pound 6 month old yorkie puppy, it's parents are 4 lbs and 3 1/2pounds(it'snot the one that's $8,500, I'm not that crazy). My question is, is it possible for it to get larger than 2 1/2 pounds? The owners said that their puppies always end up smaller than 3 pounds. How could the puppies continually be smaller than the parents? I thought I read that someone had a puppy that small at that age and that it actually ended up being 4 pounds when grown.
Please don't flame me, or lecture me. I don't need another puppy or dog but if you could see how cute this little girl is....
The price is fair enough but I'm seriously trying to talk myself out of it. She's perfectly healthy. |
