My delightful little Matilda Rose (Tildy) is a year and a half old. She and my male Yorky sleep with me. This morning she woke me with the most pathetic crying. She has done this twice before but each time the duration is longer. She probably only cried for a minute but of course it seemed much longer. This has only happened when she has been sleeping.
She does not seem to be in pain. She just sits and her little head is raised, eyes open, and cries. I thought she may be having a horrible dream so I pet and talk to her hoping to wake her if that's the case.
I don't know what is causing this. Has anyone else had this problem. What is going on and what should I be doing?
Please any advise. This is just ripping me up. I love her so much. I wish she could tell me what is wrong.
Her vet says she is in great shape.
