My last memory is that you have very small pups. No way before at least 10 weeks old. They may be eating and doing fine right now, but place a pup in a stressful situation like being taken away from its littermates and they can go down really fast. Her impatience tells me she doesn't have the puppies best interests in mind. The owner of the mother in my opinion has control over this.

I have a litter right now and my daughter is taking one and lives on the next block. She can bring the puppy back at the first sign of a problem, but even she is not getting her pup until at least 10 weeks!
