Default Having the Runs

I would like to remind people, that when antibiotics are used, the 'runs' is often just a side-effect. The antibiotics kill off the bad germs, but it also kills off the 'good' ones, the ones that the intestinal tract needs to keep running optimally. The best course is to give the patient a little 'live culture' yoghurt; this replaces the killed-off 'good' germs, and helps the digestive system get back on track quickly. A teaspoon of yoghurt for a couple of days is enough; once everything is 'solidified', there is less chance of the patient becoming dehydrated.
