 Umbrellas
To my mind, the umbrellas are cute, but generally useless. They seem awkward, and prevent one from seeing the dog properly, as well as preventing the dog from seeing its owner. Also, as one person noted, it is Yorkies' bellies that need protection in the rain, as much or more than their backs.
I have a rainsuit I made for Kia-four legs and its water-tight closure is along her back. I also have a raincoat, to which I added a tummy-protector. To my mind, these are much more useful than the umbrella. |
