If the "disclaimer" statement refers to my web site (
http://Yorkies.com), it is there for a very good reason. I'm not a breeder and I don't sell Yorkies. Therefore I don't want or need people writing me and asking for me to sell them one of my dogs. I have nothing to lose or gain from the sale of a Yorkie to anyone or by anyone. My web site is "Informational" ONLY and is there to better serve and prepare others that are looking to buy a Yorkie elsewhere or to provide care information to those that already have a Yorkie.
Unlike many other web sites, even Yorkie Talk, that is surrounded by advertising that they have no control over, I pay for server space that guaranties NO advertising. This insures me, AND YOU, that no puppymills are able to attract you when you're viewing my web site.
Doing preliminary research, prior to buying a Yorkie, is the best way to insure you're getting a good dog and not one from a Pet Store, Puppymill, Broker, or someplace else that's selling Yorkies just to line their pockets with money.
