Another thought, when you say she is constipated - do you mean the poo is hard balls or do you mean she is straining to defecate? Do you think maybe she could have a partial intestinal blockage that allows only liquids to get through (the diarrhea), but then is constipated when not everything can pass? Sometimes worms can be heavy enough in the digestional tract (they multiply at an unbelievable rate) and cause partial or total blockage. What is her worming history? Any other signs of worms like dull coat, lethargy (because of anemia), pale gums? Any recent signs of coughing spells? Blood in feces? Vomiting?
