I have called Pam Am and they charge 50.00 but the crate has to stay under the seat in front of you. You can't take the baby out of the crate. On all airlines I have called that is what they told me.
I had talked to a lady one time that has a yorkie and she said that she asked her doctor (her personnel doctor) to write a letter stating that the Yorkie was her medicial helper so he could come out and sit on her lap. She said her yorkie never sits under the seat. Always on her lap.
