I don't know if this will help, but when we brought home our new lab (he was 99lbs and Mojo was about 5lbs)........Mojo and him just did not get along.....

So, we had our lab neutered to calm him down alittle bit - that really helped A LOT!!

Anytime that one of them would act up, we got on to them right then. If our lab was in the house and he growled at Mojo, he was in trouble right then and he was put outside in his pen. After awhile, you can bet that he would rather be in the cool house on his fluffy blanket with us, then outside in his lonely pen. The same with Mojo....if he got after our lab, he got in trouble right then and put in his room.

We don't yell at them......we speak really softly to them and it seems to help to.....yelling just seems to make everyone more edgy and more excited.

I really didn't seem to take long for them to start getting along, but I had to show "who was the BOSS" from the beginning - and I am the type of person who hates to get on to anything..........But anyway, give it some time and I think with some home training they will both be buddies before too long!
