Quite frankly, I would be very leery of any registration that will accept a photograph as a form of endorsement of it being a purebred dog

That is not good enough for me to shell out hundreds if not a couple of thousand dollars!!
Not to mention the genetic problems some lines may carry. I was not asking to be nosy, just pointing out potential problems with the plan.
