Who's to say she will come back to you even if you did pay her other dc. She might figure, what the heck, I'll get Kristy to pay a week and then when the chance comes along, I'll find a way to stiff the new dc. I say don't pay it, chuck her butt out the door and let someone else worry about dealing with her. If she gets away with it once, she'll do it to you again. You don't need that. Just advertise for a new child. I don't know about your area, but childcare providers are in desperate need around here. And I hope Savannah is recovering. Poor thing. Good luck. |
