Pee pads are portable, the litter box is not so easy to haul around. I tried the pee pad holder, but Gracie thinks that it is a platform on which to sleep or play with her toys. Without the holder, she messes up the pee pads royally. She loves to cover herself and her toys with them. I have thought of taping the edges of the pee pads to the vinyl liner in her x-pen.
