That is amazing...the weenie that is. Wow, she really has her hands full! We had a baby show up in our goat pen once. (Back when we had goats.) Stayed there for two days, no sign of mama--we had wildlife rescue come pick it up, poor thing.
I wouldn't even know where to begin as far as trying to rehab a fawn, or what your even supposed to do with it when it has recovered.
