I would say the xpen is a great idea...I can't answer you though about the diapers....Lady was crate trained and I do work full time....but I was able to get home everyday for lunch to let her out and then a few hours later my bf would let her out when he came home...if you work with her with the weewee pads and have the xpen Im sure you'oll be ok |
