I can only relay my experince with her...I bought a breeding bitch from Cindy McKay, 4 yrs ago. I was promised a champion-sired female from her line, who was a good breeding potential.
I received a female that was not from her line and according to CKC record she had been bred 5 times in a row with no rest.
When I complained, she told me it is a buyer beware situation with dogs. I told every show breeder I knew and Cindy was forced to send me another Yorkie, which I promptly sold to recoup my expenses. I had the adult female spayed and placed as a pet, she was worn out.
