Only 1 does it Artie my male, he even does it when he's Sleeping on his back, spread Eagle, but my female Abigail does not and I wish she would b/c it's so cute. I do think it is hereditary though b/c all my new born puppies (3) do it too!
I think that is a Special Yorkie trait.
