I know there is alot of beef, chicken and lamb in dog food, but I didn't realize they could have leftover meats. I have given Jake a little chicken, but I'm soooooo afraid of feeding him anything that might make him sick. I have seen alot of dogs (of all breeds) get so overweight because their owners give them WAY too much table food, pizza, burgers, etc. I always feel sorry for them because they don't seem comfortable and have a hard time getting around, especially if they're a big dog anyway. So, I've only fed Jake a little chicken and a little cottage cheese when he wouldn't eat his dog food. How do you determine what and how much they can eat? Thanks in advance.
