I just want to thank you so much for the advice especially for the link on anthesia. I called the vet that I was going to use and they did not use the isoflourine, instead they used a barbituate injection called xzylene (I cant spell) and something else. So I definitely won't be going to them. When I called around to all the other vets in my area, they all used the the isoflorin and the mask AND they had the same day pick up. Yesterday when I scheduled Brinkly's neutering, I just had this sinking feeling that I was making a mistake taking him to them. I just didn't feel confident with them at all. After I saw your replies I called them and asked what kind of anthesia they used and when the told me I cancelled his appt. Thank you again for your help!! I'm sure Brinkly's grateful!=)
