Here is another way of looking at the yorkie house breaking issue. Typically skin baby girls are much easier than skin baby boys. So just switch it around. Labs tend to be easier to house break than yorkies.
Kinda gives it a different purspective and maybe a little more positive.
If what you are wanting is another small dog. I really fell in love with the yorkie breed. They are a hoot! They tend to be very loving to all. Not to just one person. They for sure are nothing like the Jack Russell. Oh, and my phoebe just loved helping in garden.
