Default New to Yorkies

Hi...guess its time to introduce myself. I have been lurking for several weeks, trying to learn as much as I can about Yorkies. My youngest daughter has gone off to college and I need a new baby. My husband, who is a veterinarian, says I need a Yorkie! But I must admit I'm getting little spooked as I surf around this site. Are all of them hard to housebreak? And do they have barking problems??? The ones I've seen, (and fallen in love with!) have been sweet, quiet little lovers, which is what I'm looking for. I will have to admit that in the past I raised Jack Russels (20 years ago) and got real tired of the fighting, etc that seems to be a part of that breed. I am home all the time, and want a dog that can be a constant companion but still be lively and friendly to other people. Am I in the right place?? We live on a farm so it would get to go outside alot with me, but also need to stay in the house (we do have a fence yard around the house). I'd love any advice you all can give! Thanks so much.
