Sure - it's easy - there's several programs - but you can even do them in Microsoft Word - you just insert a picture from your file - after you've sized it way down of course - I like making them in MS Publisher better because you can use ALL text boxes and move things around a bit easier..
after you make ONE lable - Copy and paste to fill up the page with your master - and viola - labels
