If she is - your next decision is whether or not you want to breed her. This decision is like a lot of other decisions we make throughout our lives. It's an important one that requires a lot of commitment, follow through, and work.

In all seriousness, a lot of people choose not to breed their little dogs - simply because there is no real good reason to do it, and they don't want to put their little dogs through the ordeal. It is a lot of work -- and sometimes a lot of heartbreak and unexpected expenses become a part of what people thought was going to be a fun and enjoyable experience.

I think whether or not you breed your dog is going to end up being your own personal decision. For many reasons, I chose not to ever breed any of my dogs many years ago. And, I have had several good looking purebreds that could easily have been breed.

Think long and hard - and if you do decide to breed your little Yorkie - become educated - be prepared - do your very best, and I wish you the best of luck.
