I bought these stairs and they were received within 3 days of ordering them. They are nice and somewhat soft. The cover comes off to wash and Bella seems to use them - always to go up not alwys to come down. I have to remind her sometimes to go DOWN them sometimes as I am worried she will hurt her knees.
