After all that has been said in these posts go with your heart! A Yorkie is more than color. It amazes me how everyone is always talking "standard" in size and color. What about personality? To me that is the most important in any breed and I think the Yorkie has the greatest personality of them all.
Do we purchase a Yorkie because of his color?(those of us who do not show) I would be interested to know why everyone did purchase a Yorkie? Was it color, size or personality? Or all three? I purchased one because I love the size and personality. There are so many colors I didn't care if he had more tan than gold or more black than blue. As long as he was healthy. Enjoy your new baby and have many years of happiness with him/her.
