Here's what Pepper looks like now... I didn't even realize what mess he was before I compared pix..

. Turned out I was combing him all wrong, they told me I should use soft slicker brush and fine tooth comb doesn't get where the mats were, close to skin. I miss the fluff a little though, he looks so much tinier now. But it'll grow fast, I hope it'll be back to where it was in 1-2 months... He'll get cold quick now so I need to stock up on sweaters
