Maybe take the pack for a walk in the area. If Blitzen is nearby he might hear all the other pups and come running.
It's my guess someone has scooped him up. I don't recall if you guys posted flyers or anything but hopefully this someone will hear that you guys are looking and step forward. That or the shelter picked him up or a vet will recognize him.
