OMG! I hope he's going to be okay. You SERIOUSLY need to take some pictures and put that guy out of business for doing this to ANY dog! I would be LIVID.
It's NOT just a matter of looks if the dog is bleeding. Poor baby boy. It's so hard to find a good groomer.
