Just keep an eye on her. She might have hurt herself and is feeling better now. I think if something was broken you would have known. If you are still concern I would call another vet and see if they take you in.
Also about her back having a hump...it could be roach back. Do a search and you will find loads of info here on that. I believe they live pefectly healthy lives having a roach back. There are serveral people here that have babies with roach back...including myself. Mimi has a slight hum on her lower back..it is unnoticable to other people but I can see it. I love her anyway!!
