Oscar's Mom!!! Thank goodness someone else knows what Toto does!! I totally know what your're talking about ... it's almost a tiny little newborn infant sound that human babies make? It's the most adorable thing I think I have ever heard and just melts our hearts!
AND ... Toto tries soooo hard to talk to us ... will sit up with her little paws out and if you don't stop your conversation and speak to her, her little voice justs gets more insistent!! If you don't stop and "talk" with her, she reaches out with one of her paws and touches you! So glad someone understands!!
