We used Orbitz gum too. It has a chemical in it that actually retards cavities. (Per our dentist). I also ate life savers,,, wintergreen... that ended up with a hugh dental bill. Now I just eat sugar free stuff. It has now been 5 1/2 years and I don't ever want to go thru the cravings again. Guess I'll stick with the gum and life savers. I also did alot of praying for help.....that is what really worked.
