Sounds like you're really lucky, if you can get rid of the cancer just by removing a toe. I would remove it as soon as possible. I had a great dane that had cancer on her ear and we just had to remove the lump not the ear and she was just fine and lived a very long life. Keep us posted on Harley and when he's going in.
