Yes, cold turkey. I have been chewing a ridiculous amount of speariment orbitz gum. I'm talking like a pack and a half of gum per day! I also have been chewing on straws a lot and taking Excedrin once in a great while when I think the cravings are too much for me to handle.
I have so much more energy. I went for TWO runs yesterday. I never run!!!
