i would pick him up and keep him. his owners do not deserve him. in a matter of time he will get run over anyway. i would pick him up and bring him to a vet before i brought him home. just to be sure he's healthy and not a threat to timmy. he deserves a better life. maybe he hangs by the road because he wants to be picked up. |
